Shippings and Returns

Below we detail all our shipping information and costs. Procedure for cancellations and information about returns.

Since our shoes are created from zero (we don´t have stock) It takes around 2-3 weeks to elaborate a pair of shoes and then we add the shipping period that depends on the destination. Within sale or seasonal promotional peak periods, our dispatch process may be longer. 

All customers will receive an email confirming when their order has been dispatched. This confirmation will includes online tracking information.

All our orders are shipped with Hellenic Post (ELTA). We always send tracking number to our customer. You can check status of your package here Elta doesn´t provide an express service. All our products are shipped by certified mail.

Estimated delivery upon shipping:

Greece 5-7 days.

Europe 5-8 days.

U.S., Canada, Mexico, Australia 10-15 days.

Other countries: 10-20 days depends on the country

Cancellations & Returns 

You can cancel an order maximum 24h later from the time of purchase. After 24h from order payment no cancellations are accepted. Please send us an email to in order to cancel your order with no charges detailing following data:

Full Name
Reason for cancellation
We will check time of reception of the email in order to make sure it is 24h from reception of the order.

At this moment we don´t accept returns since we don't work with stock and each shoe is created from the beginning upon request/order. Custom shoes are not refundable. We always make sure that our customers send us feet measurements or shoe size according to our chart showed in our Size Guide. Customer is responsible to provide us accurate measurements.

Since we are a small company we cannot accept returns at this moment but we will be glad to help you if you have any issues with your order. You can contact us to if you have a problem with your order and we will evaluate if it is possible to change or fix it. Change or fixing an order might be subject to additional charges.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
